Most questions about a class, a belt or a record are for your studio: its coaches keep the record. For Atlas itself, start here.
Signing in
- Atlas has no passwords. Enter the email address your studio or invite used, then open the link Atlas emails you. On another device, type the six-digit code from the same email instead. Where phone sign-in is on, a phone number and a texted code work too.
- No email? Check spam, wait a minute and ask for a new one, and make sure it's the address your studio has for you.
- A child signs in on their own device only with a code or QR code from their parent's account.
Joining a studio
Scan your studio's QR code with your phone's camera, or with Join in Atlas, or type the code your studio gave you. Your studio approves new members, unless it lets people in straight away.
Notifications
Choose what Atlas sends you under Account: email, the weekly summary, and notifications on each device. On an iPhone, notifications also need to be allowed for Atlas in Settings, then Notifications.
Your data
To correct a record, or to be removed from a studio, ask the studio. To get a copy of what Atlas keeps about you, or to have it deleted, contact Firebelly Studio below. The privacy page says what Atlas keeps and why.
